Purpose

The purpose of this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") is to inform users of our Site of the following:

How We Use Personal Data

Konnect Clinical Psychology Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). In accordance with the ICO and BPS we are required to adhere to strict guidelines regarding the processing and storage of any personal information. In order to protect your security, we use the strongest available browser encryption and store all of our data on servers in secure facilities. All data will be kept strictly confidential unless we are obligated or requested to disclose it. This can occur when:

1. The information you have given to your psychologist is officially requested by a court of law.

2. Failure to disclose the information would place you or another person at serious risk of harm.

3. Your prior approval has been obtained to a) provide a written report to another professional or agency, e.g., a GP; or b) discuss the material with another person, e.g.,

a parent, employer, or partner.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Children

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. Modifications
